Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice.
• Late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
• Additional changes require a new deposit.
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a cancellation. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
Studio Policy:
To maintain a safe, focused, and distraction-free environment, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments. If you arrive with a child or guest, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.
